Our Parisian boutique has the pleasure of inviting a new host. Alongside our smocked dresses, we are thrilled to welcome Pamplemousse Peluches’ soft toys.
Handmade in the heart of the French countryside, in the beautiful region of Picardie, in the atelier of the Puisieux farm, each toy is created using traditional know-hows. Bringing ancient French “savoir-faire” back to life while constantly innovating through new products, Pamplemousse Peluches blends art and craftsmanship.
Nothing is left to chance. The best materials are sourced in France and Europe. Selected for their quality and ecological footprint, the atelier works with Liberty print cotton from London as well as high range fake fur (the same one as that of the luxury house Givenchy!)
Each step of the making process is subject to meticulous care: regularity of the stitches, choice of the needles… The hedgehog Winston requires to itself more than 70 minutes of work! The small but highly dedicated team is highly passionate and creates each toy as if it were for its own children.
Renown for their skill, the atelier has worked with several prestigious brands such as the French Haute Couture house of Dior and D. Porthault.
Loved and cherished at first sight by babies and children, these darling toys also conquer adults’ hearts. Bringing back happy childhood souvenirs, they make us travel to fairytale worlds.
